What is Kargo Kolay?
Kargo Kolay is a barcode-triggered packing video recording and tracking program for e-commerce businesses. It runs the IP camera above your packing table together with a barcode reader: when a shipping barcode is scanned the recording starts by itself, it stops when the package is finished, and the video is archived under the tracking code. When a return, missing-item or damage claim arrives, you type the barcode and play the exact packing video. It needs no NVR recorder.

How it works
From first install to your first proof video in six steps.
Install and connect the camera
The setup wizard finds your camera model, tests the live view and sets the recording folder.
Scan the shipping barcode
The scan names the file and starts a short countdown, which you can cancel if you scanned the wrong label.
Pack as usual
Show the items, close and tape the box. In multi-item mode, scan each product barcode as it goes in.
Finish the recording
Scan the same barcode again, a stop barcode or the next box, depending on the scenario you chose.
Hand over to the carrier
Scan the boxes the courier collects and print an A4 handover sheet with the carrier and courier details.
Find proof in seconds
Search by tracking code, play the video, and share or compress it for WhatsApp, email or a marketplace appeal.

Which cameras work with it?
Standard RTSP IP cameras, including Hikvision, Dahua/Imou and TP-Link Tapo models. Cameras of 6 MP or more give the clearest barcode and label images.
What happens if the power goes out during a recording?
Recordings are written to disk in fragments. After an outage the program detects unfinished files at the next start and lets you recover them.
Can I share a video with a customer or marketplace?
Yes. Videos are standard MP4 (H.264) files that play in any browser and phone, and the built-in tools compress a video for WhatsApp or email.
