Frequently asked questions
Which program should I download?
Choose Barkodlu Satış for barcode sales, stock and customer credit at the counter; Kargo Kolay Mobile if you want video proof while packing parcels and ship up to about 100 parcels a day; and Kargo Kolay (Windows) if you ship in higher volumes with a PC and an IP camera. All of them have a free 10-day trial.
How do I verify that the file is genuine?
Each download shows its SHA-256 checksum. On Windows, run certutil -hashfile filename SHA256 in the folder of the file and compare the result with the value on this page. The Android apps are also checked against the official signature; copies from other sources won't run.
Can I get the Android apps from Google Play?
Our Google Play listing is in preparation. Until then, download the APK files only from this page. See the Mobile Apps page for install steps.
Is my phone compatible?
The Android apps need Android 12 or later and a 64-bit phone. You can check your version under Settings > About phone. On older phones installation fails or the app shows an "unsupported" message.
