kucukis.com offers two Android apps. Barkodlu Satış (beta) turns your phone into a barcode point-of-sale, stock and customer-credit tool for small shops. Kargo Kolay Mobile records the packing of e-commerce parcels as barcode-labelled video proof. Neither needs a computer, both keep their data only on your phone, and both are downloaded from this page as an APK file.
Note: the apps are built for the Turkish market. Amounts in Barkodlu Satış are shown in Turkish lira (₺) and its starter product list is mostly Turkish barcodes.

If you are looking for a cheap and practical barcode app, mobile phone barcode sales is enough for most small businesses. To start working with barcodes you do not need a cash-register PC, a barcode scanner or costly software licences. An Android phone you already own is enough: fast (set up in minutes; start by scanning your first barcode), practical (one phone, no extra devices or cables) and low cost (one licence per device, no subscription).

Barkodlu Satış BETA
What is Barkodlu Satış? A cheap, practical mobile phone barcode sales app: an Android app in which you scan a product's barcode with the phone camera (or a barcode scanner) to sell, keep track of stock and customer credit, and close the day with cash and sales reports. No cash-register PC is needed; your data stays on your phone. The app is in beta: it is being field-tested and updated often, so please back up your data regularly.
Start from the very first minute: no days of stock entry
Barkodlu Satış includes a starter list of product names and barcodes defined for small markets. Scan a barcode and start straight away: if the product is not yet defined in your shop but is in the starter list, the app recognises it, fills in the name, and asks only for your selling price and the quantity you have on hand. A product that is not on the list is defined once by typing its name.
You do not need to spend days entering stock. While you make your first sale the app both works and starts building your system: every new product you scan is saved, and next time its name, price and stock come up automatically. You start setting up your business from the very first minute.
- Install the app and accept the privacy notice on first launch.
- On the Sales screen, scan the barcode of the customer's product.
- If the product is not defined yet, the app brings up its name; enter your selling price and the quantity on hand.
- The product goes to the cart; complete the sale. Next time everything is ready.
The starter list is mostly made up of Turkish barcodes (prefixes 868/869), so products from other countries may not be recognised, and it can be incomplete or contain mistakes. It does not contain prices. If a product is not recognised, you define it once. You can also count shelf by shelf with the setup wizard if you like; it is optional.

- Backup: optional daily automatic backup to your own Google Drive and restore from Drive; also share the database and restore it on another device, and import/export the product list as CSV

Simple and Detailed product entry
The app starts in Simple mode: a product needs only a barcode (camera or typed), a description, a selling price and a quantity. As you get used to it, switch to Detailed in Settings > Product entry; you can return to Simple at any time and nothing you entered is deleted. Detailed mode adds:
- Purchase cost: estimated profit and stock value in Reports
- Wholesale price: one-tap "Wholesale" mode while selling
- Unit and fractional quantity: kg, litres, metres, boxes (e.g. 1.5 kg)
- Shelf/location and note fields: part number, vehicle model, licence number; searchable
- Automatic internal codes (KD000001) for items without a barcode
- Stock in (receiving) and non-sale stock out (technician, job order, waste) with history
- Per-product minimum stock; items below it go on the order list

What it does not do
- It does not issue fiscal receipts, e-invoices or e-archive invoices and does not replace a certified cash register; shared receipts and summaries are not fiscal documents.
- Amounts are in Turkish lira (₺) only. No receipt printer, scale or multi-user/multi-branch operation yet.
- The starter list does not include every product; add missing items once. Records required by regulation (for example licence records for agricultural chemicals) must be kept by you.
Privacy and security
Your products, sales, cash and credit records are stored only on your phone; the developer cannot access them and does not transfer them to a server. For licence and trial verification only a random device ID, the app version and a short check of the app's official signature are sent to kucukis.com. If you record customer names and debts, data-protection obligations are yours as the business. See the (Turkish) privacy policy. The starter product list uses open data from Open Food Facts and its sister projects (ODbL).

Kargo Kolay Mobile: parcel packing video proof with your phone
In return, missing-item and damage disputes the strongest evidence is a recording of the moment the parcel was packed. Kargo Kolay Mobile does this without a PC, NVR or IP camera: mount the phone on your head or chest and show the shipping label to the camera; recording starts automatically and stops when you scan the same label again. The video is named with the scanned barcode, so you can find it later in seconds by typing the barcode.

How to install the APK (step by step)
While the apps are being prepared for Google Play they are offered as APK files. The steps are the same for both apps.
- First check your phone's Android version (Settings > About phone): it must be Android 12 or later. On older versions installation fails or the app shows an "unsupported" message.
- Open this page on your phone and tap the Download APK button of the app you want. If the browser says "this file may be harmful", choose Download anyway.
- When the download finishes, tap the APK from the notification or from Files / Downloads.
- If you see "For your security, your phone isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source", tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, go back and tap Install.
- If Google Play Protect shows a warning, choose Install anyway (or Details → Install anyway).
- Open the app, grant the camera and notification permissions and accept the privacy notice. The 10-day free trial starts automatically.
- In Barkodlu Satış the first launch offers a setup wizard where you add products by scanning them; you can also skip it and let the app learn products as you sell.
Updates, backup and removal
- Updates: when a new version is out, the app shows an Update / Not now window on launch. Your data is kept.
- Backup: in Barkodlu Satış connect Google Drive under Settings > Google Drive: a backup is uploaded to your own Drive once a day and can be restored on a new device with Restore from Drive. You can also use Settings > Backup > Share backup to send the file by WhatsApp or email. In Kargo Kolay Mobile you can share videos or turn on the optional Google Drive/WebDAV backup.
- Removal: uninstalling an app deletes its data on the phone. Back up first.
- Security: download the APK only from this page. Copies from other sources or repackaged copies show an "unofficial version" warning and will not run.

What is Barkodlu Satış?
Barkodlu Satış ("barcode sales" in Turkish) is an Android app that lets a small shop scan product barcodes with the phone camera (or a USB/Bluetooth scanner), sell, track stock and customer credit, and close the day with cash and sales reports. It was designed for neighbourhood grocery stores and small markets in Turkey; its Detailed entry mode also covers hardware stores, spare-parts shops, agricultural suppliers, mobile wholesalers and service parts rooms. It is currently in beta.
Is Barkodlu Satış free?
There is a free 10-day trial. When it ends, selling is switched off, but you can still view your records and reports. To continue you need a per-device licence: 29 USD + VAT (the same price as Kargo Kolay Mobile). To buy, message us on WhatsApp (+90 532 391 31 41).
Does it replace a cash register, fiscal receipts or e-invoicing?
No. Barkodlu Satış is a sales, stock and credit-tracking app. It does not issue fiscal receipts, e-invoices or e-archive invoices and does not replace a certified cash register. Shared receipts and summaries are not fiscal documents. Ask your accountant about the legal obligations that apply to your business.
Which currency and language does it use?
The interface is available in Turkish and English. Amounts are shown in Turkish lira (₺); other currencies are not supported yet. The app is built around the Turkish market.
Does it work offline?
Selling, stock, cash and reports work without internet; your data stays on your phone. The phone connects occasionally to verify the trial or licence: at least once every 3 days during the trial and once every 14 days with a licence.
Does it already know my products? What about products from other countries?
The app includes a starter list of product names with barcodes, built from open data (Open Food Facts and its sister projects, under the ODbL licence). The list is mostly made up of Turkish barcodes (prefixes 868/869), so it may not recognise products from other countries. It can also be incomplete or contain mistakes, and it does not contain prices. For any product that is not recognised, you type the name once with the price and quantity; the app remembers it from then on.
What is the difference between Kargo Kolay Mobile and Barkodlu Satış?
Kargo Kolay Mobile records the packing moment of an e-commerce parcel as a barcode-labelled video, useful as proof in return and damage disputes. Barkodlu Satış handles sales, stock and customer credit. They are separate apps with separate licences and can be installed on the same phone.
Why is it not on Google Play, and is the APK safe?
Our Google Play listing is in preparation. Until then, download the APK only from this page (kucukis.com). The files are signed with Pds Mühendislik's release key; copies from other sources or repackaged copies show an "unofficial version" warning and will not run. Google Play Protect may show a warning for apps installed from outside Play; this is expected for apps from developers it does not know. You can compare the SHA-256 checksum of the downloaded file with the value on this page.
Can I do barcode sales with a mobile phone? Is there a cheap barcode app?
Yes. With Barkodlu Satış your phone camera acts as the barcode scanner: scan the product, make the sale, and track stock and customer credit in the same app. You need no computer, no cash-register hardware and no expensive software licence; after a 10-day free trial you buy one licence per device (no subscription). It is fast to set up, practical to use and low cost. Remember that it does not replace a fiscal receipt or cash register.
Do I need a barcode scanner, a computer or an expensive licence?
No. Both apps work with an Android phone alone: the phone camera reads the barcode, and no computer or cash-register hardware is needed. The licence is per device with no monthly subscription. Each app's licence is 29 USD + VAT per device, and both come with a 10-day free trial. You can connect a USB/Bluetooth barcode scanner if you wish, but it is optional. For a very busy till or hundreds of parcels a day, a scanner and PC-based setup may suit you better.
The app won't install or won't open. What should I do?
First check your phone's Android version: Settings > About phone > Android version. Both apps require Android 12 or later and a 64-bit (arm64) phone. On phones older than Android 12 the installation stops with an error such as "App not installed" or "There was a problem parsing the package"; even if it installs on Android 9-11, the app shows a "this phone isn't supported" message and closes. That does not mean the app is broken; the phone's Android version is too old. If your version is fine: download the APK only from this page, allow installs from this source, choose "Install anyway" on the Play Protect warning, make sure you have free storage, and restart the phone before trying again. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp with your phone model and the message you see.
Is there an iPhone version?
No. Both apps are Android only (Android 12 or later, 64-bit). An iOS version is not planned.
What happens to my data if I lose the phone?
In both apps your data is stored only on the device and the developer cannot access it. In Barkodlu Satış you can connect your Google Drive (Settings > Google Drive) so a backup is uploaded to your own Drive once a day and restored on a new device, or share a backup file (Settings > Backup) by WhatsApp or email. Without a backup, records cannot be recovered after a loss, so we recommend regular backups.
