Parcels, returns and e-commerce
How can I prove a fraudulent return or a 'missing item' claim?
Record the packing moment as a video linked to the parcel barcode: Kargo Kolay (Windows) starts recording when the courier barcode is scanned, stops when the parcel is done, and archives the video under the tracking code, so you find it in seconds during a dispute. It does not guarantee the outcome of a dispute but is strong visual evidence.
Can I record packing videos with only a phone?
Yes: Kargo Kolay Mobile records barcode-linked packing videos on an Android phone, suited to roughly up to 200 parcels a day. For busier shippers the Windows version is recommended because phones heat up.

Which app suits a tobacco shop, delicatessen, spice or nut shop, or perfumery?
Barkodlu Satış: it takes 250g or 50ml style quantities, reads barcode-scale labels, and sells packaged goods by normal barcode. It does not enforce age limits or other legal checks.

Parking, car wash and site security
Is there a phone app that reads plates and charges parking?
Yes: Parking, Car Wash & Security Point Easy reads plates with the phone camera and computes the fee to the minute from free time, first hour, interval and daily cap; it also tracks subscribers and prepayments. No barrier or extra camera is needed.
How do I spot outside vehicles at a housing complex or office gate?
In Security Point mode you load resident plates from Excel; scanning a plate at the gate shows resident, guest inside, visited today, blacklisted, or 'not on the list: possibly an outside vehicle'. The guard decides; opening the gate is optional (with a Shelly relay set up in Settings it opens automatically for residents, and by button for others).
How do I track vehicle entry and exit at a construction site or factory gate?
With Güvenlik Kolay Mobile the guard scans plates with a phone; list subcontractor, haulage and staff vehicles with a type, an unlisted vehicle shows as a possible outside vehicle and guest or courier entry is logged with times. No camera, barrier or computer is needed; opening the gate is optional (with a Shelly relay set up in Settings it can be opened from the phone).

Can it register guests and couriers?

Is there software that reads plates from cameras and opens the gate automatically?
Yes: Güvenlik Kolay (Windows) reads plates from inexpensive IP cameras, is designed to trigger a gate through a relay board (verified at installation), manages guests and a blacklist, and stores every pass with video. Reading accuracy depends on camera placement and light; manual opening always works.
Can it read foreign license plates or run in Arabic?
With a plate recognition pack for the country, Latin-letter plates are read; plates written only in Arabic or other scripts cannot be. With a language pack the interface can be translated, including right-to-left layouts. Neither has been field-tested on foreign plates yet and we do not ship ready translations.
